Get "in touch" with your food source and enjoy a weekend getaway at our 160-acre organic farm while you experience the best Wisconsin bed and breakfast has to offer! Visit Scottish Blackface and Suffolk sheep, chickens, pigs and Scottish Highland cattle. Walk our beautiful, private nature trails. During the growing season, farm tours offered after breakfast each day include our 1-acre organic fruit and vegetable gardens. Norskedalen Nature & Heritage Center
A nature and heritage center dedicated to preserving, interpreting and sharing the natural environment and cultural heritage of the area surrounding Coon Valley in southwest Wisconsin. Winery in a Restored Dairy Barn
Bill and Ruth Lautenbach purchased the family farm in 1955 and raised 3 children along with caring for 75 milking cows and acres of cherry orchard.
Their eldest son Robert (Bob) Lautenbach and his family took over the farm in the mid 70's and established a roadside market in 1975. The dairy barn was restored and became the working winery in 1985. The Lautenbach family recently added estate-grown grape wines to their offerings, with these wines named after their three grandchildren. 2013 WATA Member

High Flying Fun on the Jumping Pillow
Schuster's Playtime Farm is a beautiful and entertaining arrangement of nature, fun, & food. Public Harvest Day
Fresh cranberries, cranberry wine, cranberry harvest day first Saturday in October, group tours welcome. Started in 1903, the Wetherby marsh is owned by Jim & Nodji Van Wychen. The Van Wychens not only market their own fresh cranberries, but also make cranberry wine. 2013 WATA Member!
Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Joe Widmer
Observation hall, 50 varieties of cheese, sausage. Widmer's Cellars are known for their Brick cheese - made the traditional way in the same open vats that Cheesemaker Joe's grandfather bought in 1922. The factory store and viewing area are open daily Monday through Friday between 6:30 am to 5 pm. Saurdays 7 am to 5 pm. During June through October open Sundays 10 am to 4 pm. Call ahead for guided tours - offered Monday through Friday at 9:30 am.
The farm is currently owned and operated by third and forth generation farmers - milking 110 cows, raising 100 head of replacement cattle and about 50 holstein steers per year.
The Wilke family raises most of the feed for the herd; crops grown include corn, soybeans, wheat, alfalfa, and oats.
Approximately 60 acres on the farm are dedicated to growing a variety of vegetables.
Groups welcome - learn where and how milk is produced and students are given the opportunity to touch a calf, and investigate a tractor. Also onsite - corn maze, PYO pumpkin patch and hayrides. 2013 WATA Member

The Wollersheim Winery sits on a scenic hillside overlooking the Wisconsin River. This national historic site was first selected for vineyards in the 1840's by the Hungarian Count Agoston Haraszthy. The property was purchased by the Wollersheim Family in 1972. Winemaker Philippe Coquard, a native of France, has led the winery to many awards - including a platinum medal at the 2011 Jerry D.
