Dancing Bear Honey

Dancing Bear Apiary has been collecting and bottling the finest Wisconsin honey since 1976. We take great care to insure that our honey is carefully handled from hive to bottle. All the flavor and healthful things that bees work so hard to put into the honey are still there. We only lightly filter our honey, keeping a rich, fulfilling taste with all the nutritious benefits. Available only at our store, Main Street Marketplace in Downtown Waupaca, and online at www.dancingbearhoney.com. At our store, samples of our honey, cremed artisanal honey and comb honey are always available. During the Summer and Fall, we have our observation hive in the store. This hive is connected to the outdoors so you can see honeybees come and go and work inside the glass sided hive.

Heritage Orchard is a great place for families to enjoy the crisp, colorful days of fall. Growing apples has always been our main focus. Raised for quality - harvested for peak flavor and crispness - sold fresh at affordable prices. Pick your own or choose your favorite from 20 different varieties in our farm market. Free samples are always available. Check "What's Happening" on our website for updates. Check Events site for special, monthly events. The apple orchard overlooks Lake Winnebago's east shore and was renamed Heritage Orchard (formerly Erickson's) when Vern and Ann Gasch purchased the farm in 1976. Although the farm was never previously owned by the Gasch family, their roots ran deep with three generations involved in planting, care and operation of the orchard over the years. The original farm house was Vern's first home in 1947, the same year that the first trees were planted. The Heritage continues -- a family business for your family to enjoy. "A Taste of Country" represents an inviting setting with fresh, wholesome products. Enjoy the green grass, fresh air, a fantastic view and friendly, helpful people.

The original farm house was Vern's first home in 1947, the same year that the first trees were planted. The Heritage continues -- a family business for your family to enjoy.
