Once maple syrup season ends, work begins to ready the 5 acres of strawberries for picking in June and July. Work starts by uncovering the berry plants from their straw covered bed, and soon after our honey bees are put out in different locations here on the farm. Pick-Your-Own and pre-picked strawberries are ready in June and early July. July and August is fresh pre-picked Wisconsin Blueberries, and then its fresh bi-color sweet corn. August is new crop honey being harvested here, and then it's our 10 acre corn maze along with hayrides, farm animals, the activity area, and pumpkin picking during the months of Sept. and Oct. We are handicap accessible here at the farm, even the hayrides! Fieldtrips, weddings, tours and outings for companies and groups are available anytime. Because this is an active, operating farm - visitors get to see planting, harvesting, cows calving, and all other aspects of farm life. Once a month from May thru Sept., join in the "Farm Flavors" farm dinner series. Experience a 3-5 course fancy dinner on location, accompanied by a special farm presentation. Bennett Barn

Watertown, WI
Bennett Barn

Bennett Barn was created into a wedding barn after the Bennett's oldest daughter wanted to get married in the family barn. Afterwards, many couples asked if they could use it too. The Bennett's had to move all the raccoons out and patch up holds in the floor, ceiling and walls. The barn is very large, it holds 200 people and has a "Chapel effect" with all the old wooded beams and high ceilings. There are many amenities for you to use for free including tables, chairs and decorations. Plus you can get in during the week to set up! The barn is definitely a barn with the old hay hook hanging above, but with elegant touches such as large chandeliers and Christmas lights everywhere. With a deck off the back where you can take beautiful pictures against the spectacular sunsets, the tall corn stalks and beautiful church next door that is right from the 1800's, Bennett Barn can be your perfect location.

Tryba's Simply Country Barn

Freedom, WI
Tryba's Simply Country Barn

Jim & Carrie Tryba are the proud husband and wife team behind Tryba's Simply Country Barn. They are a unique, state certified wedding and event venue located in Freedom, Wisconsin. They love to witness all of the special moments that are yet to be celebrated at Tryba's Simply Country Barn. Their History - Jim was a dairy farmer up until 2013, when he decided to sell the cows and move to Freedom. At that time, Carrie was running her business, Simply Country Floral and Decor, out of their home. Space was tight, and she needed her own area to work and grow her business. When they saw the barn, they immediately fell in love. Not only did it have an area for Carrie's Simply Country Floral and Decor, but the upper level was full of history. We walked from end to end, in awe of its beauty. It was then that they looked at each other and thought, "wouldn't this be the perfect space for a wedding?" Since Carrie was already in the wedding business, they decided to expand and create a beautifully rustic, yet renovated venue for weddings and events. Their dream is now a reality, and they would love to share this beautiful venue with you.

Meuer Farm

Chilton, WI
Meuer Farm

There is something for everyone to see and explore on this 4th generation family farm, owned and operated by David & Leslie Meuer! March starts out with the farm making maple syrup. The maple syrup season goes for about a month, and the public is welcome to stop out anytime for a taste and to watch. Reservations are required. To learn about farming, food and conservation, while having fun doing it, plan your trip to the Meuer Farm today!
